I was at work & got a mssg from Allison, I was excited that she text me first, here is what it said...
"Hey the papers R ready - can u go sign wed at 9"
My reply was
"I do not want to, but I do not have a choice. I will reschedule my appointment, I do not want to talk to anyone, all I am going to do is sign. "
Then after taking a break praying I wrote
"
I have told you how I feel, & what God lays on my heart to do which is stand. I understand you are doing this because it is what you want & feel that you need to do. I am not ok with it, nor do I want it, nor am I going to doubt what God is doing in this whole situation, and that will not change. I'm sorry you are having extremely hard time. Don't take this wrong; I say prayers for you every-night and I have just said a prayer for you and will do that pray in addition to daily prayers I say.
Lord, I lift up Allison to you and pray for your power of clarity, guidance and peace to rain down over her, and that she may find her strength in you and thru your words. In your name I pray-Amen.

What God has done to and for me since this storm began I can't put into words, but despite how hard it is to hear (read) her say that cuts deep. I believe with all my mind, heart and soul what God has laid on me to do, and a piece of paper holds no accountability to what God has commanded of me.
I'm sorry brothers & sisters I haven't been active past several days, I have been doing a lot of thinking and reflecting. I am back, and love y'all.

I applaud you for continuing your stand even through the hard times. You have given me strength and hope for my own situation. I will be praying for you and Allison!! Keep holding on and trusting God (Romans 8:28...And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.) That is a verse that has been with me for months now and seeing you post it reminds me of that even more! Keep us updated!
