Hi All!
It's been a while since I've updated, so I apologize for any redundancy.
Physical=finally feeling better after MVA....i had PRP/stem cell surgery in Nov for one of my bulging discs in low back. 2 weeks later another required round of physical therapy....and PTL....my nightime excruciating pain is gone! PT was on hold in January for start of tax season. I start another 6 weeks today.
Also in Nov, i started neurofeedback for my concussion....40 sessions total. Im on session 33 this week. Amazing how much its helping! They wouldn't let me break in Jan, so that treatment continued. They mapped my brain at the beginning and halfway after 20....its remarkable to see on paper, but I'll tell you....i didn't need the paper to tell me I'm more alert, my speech is normal again....i dont think ive said the wrong word in a while. I'm so grateful that these doors opened for me regarding regenerative and alternative treatments. I was a doubter(mostly because i wasn't informed) before my accident.
Tax season=calm!...i just finished my busiest month...1000 W2's and 800 1099's...and i can't explain the lack of stress and anxiety overall....well, i can explain, it's all God! My last day off was Dec 28, so I'm looking forward to this weekend to relax.
My love, Dana=he's been very distant, over the holidays and now. We went several days of several weeks of no communication. It's hard for me not to be double-minded. We had marriage counseling yesterday....first since Nov, where he ranted in anger all over again. He hasn't seen his trauma counselor in many months. Our marriage counselor explained that sometimes people back slide in therapy and it would be important for him to get back into it. He agreed he would, so that's encouraging.
Family=please pray for my daughter and son-in-law....their marriage is under attack. It hurts my heart. If you remember, they started following Christiphilian neighbors, who thankfully have moved out of state. They are far from God right now. Our granddaughters (14 and 8) are both struggling socially, so PLEASE hold them up in prayer that they would find Christian friends....Kaden and Grace.
I look forward to hearing how everyone is doing! I pray for you all often!
