Hey guys,
I have been MIA for a while. I am so sorry. Life has been intense and so hard.
Today, my divorce became final. I was not prepared for the kind of pain that hit me today. I thought I was healing and ok. Not even close.
I could use prayer for comfort and peace. My heart breaks for my ex wife. I am pretty frustrated today. I still pray for her and love her, but I'm not sure it would ever work out again. I have stopped praying for it. I pray for God's will, no matter what that is.
Thank you for the continued support and family that you have all become.

I'm praying for you both. We all have those days and situations where we are beyond defeated. Don't let the enemy in. Every day we fight a spiritual battle. Press into the Lord and he will make your path straight.

Tyler, you have to look for comfort and peace in God. That's where I go every time I feel down or defeated, and I always get out feeling peace and strong. I will pray for you my friend. God has a better plan for you that you can imagine. He is with you through this storm, he is always with you my friend. God bless you!

Tyler - I understand your pain completely. I was separated 3 years before we divorced, yet the pain was very real, very painful and extremely devastating. Its been about 15 months now, and the pain does ease up. I think we all go through times of praying for our spouses, yet not thinking it could ever 'work' between us again. I think that's normal - like a way of protecting ourselves from ever feeling this pain again. Keep being strong and we'll continue praying for you.

Glad you reached out, Tyler. I'm sorry for the pain you are feeling - I can only imagine how difficult it is. I am supporting you in prayer. And I think the "God's will be done" prayer is perfect. He knows what we need better than we do. Sometimes I think that when I pray for specific things, in my marriage or otherwise, I am limiting God's power... He can do so much more than I can even imagine! Just keep praying and pressing into God and I know He will take care of you.

Absolutely God your will be done. We don't know your plan! But I pray that you would ease Tyler's pain, comfort him, and draw near to him. A pastor at our church this weekend reminded us that all scripture is God breathed and that when you spend time in the scripture, you are breathing Gods breath into your nostrils. Our relationship with him is like that. Face to face and deeply intimate. Take comfort in Him.
