Please pray for me if you read this. My brother is coming over tonight. He had a vision that he is convinced is from God and is coming to discuss spiritual warfare and Gods purpose for his life and it's all pretty overwhelming. I need prayer for wisdom and clarity. To be able to discern spirits (if what he saw is from God or the devil), I need discernment to know he truth, wisdom, knowledge, and possibly interpretation of dreams. What a tall order by God is doing something powerful here. Please pray for me

Thank you guys. Please keep praying for strength for me and my brother and for his girlfriend. The story is really long, but the short story is that God swept in as a Lion. He gave my brother a vision that heavily convicted him and he immediately ran back to God. He has been living in the world for several years, so it was a sudden overnight change. He is amazing, so filled with the Holy Spirit! I didn't know my brother could be this man honestly! But now his girlfriend, who has no relationship with God is struggling. God is working on her heart, but it's hard because she's asking all these questions and I have no answers. I'm not a missionary, but I am willing. God has been speaking through me and some of it is resonating with her. At the moment, they are broken up and my brother is living with me, so I'm caught in the middle. It's a stressful place to be, but I see Gods hand all over this, so I'm glad that He is using me in this. It's a blessing for me. My brothers girlfriend is pregnant and she's playing the victim card and it's easier with someone who is saved to explain consequences and how we are Gods children and all that. Please pray that Marlo (my brothers girlfriend) have an open heart to receive he words God has for her. Pray that God guides me and just uses me to speak directly to her. That none of the words are mine, but that they are Gods and they would resonate deeply with her.

Also I am blessed to have such a "great cloud of witnesses". I called my friend Rebecca after my brother told me and she was able to discern the spirits and I needed that help. I am blessed to have friends with unique spiritual gifts. Remember the Bible tells us that we're not all a hand or an arm or a nose or eye. We all have our part to play and discernment is not my gift! But Rebecca has a deep gift of discernment that I needed. I also needed my gift of faith because some of this is overwhelming and very hard to believe, but God showed the truth.

Thank you guys for continued prayer. My brother Phil is going to meet with his girlfriend Marlo tomorrow for the first time in a week. Please pray that God would speak straight from my brothers mouth and that Marlo would have ears to hear Gods voice. Pray that my brothers temper would be silenced and that he would see Marlo through Gods eyes. That he would speak encouragement, love, and adoration. That He would love her how God loves her. Pray that she would have a soft heart to receive it. They are both very selfish and stubborn and God has a good plan here. I pray and hope that it will begin tomorrow, but His plan may be to grow them each individually. Either way, pray Gods will be done.

Thank you Lord for all of you! I know this is not marriage related, but I am so blessed to have you all as my friends. We pray for each other. We love each other. We have a strong desire for what's best for each other. I am blessed to have you all as my friends to pray with me. Thank you Jesus for these friends! It was by random chance that I came here, but it was completely your plan and I am so grateful. For these amazing loving people. My second church.

I just saw this and am praying for Phil and Marlo this morning. I've been a bit off the radar lately but I'm grateful for this second church too!

I feel the same way Sharon. It is definitely God that brought me to this group, and I'm so thankful for the new friends I have made because of it.
