Hey all! I know the holidays have been busy for everyone, but take a minute to leave a little update when you get a chance! Love you all and praying every day.

I went to Kentucky to visit my parents, sister, and neices/nephews over Christmas. I enjoyed being able to see them, but I couldn't let go of missing my wife and daughter.
I came back yesterday, because today is my wife's birthday. Dad was mad at me for not staying longer, since I probably won't even see her today. I left her card and gift on the front porch earlier this morning. She texted me a thank you when they got up.
I saw photos on Facebook of her ex at all her families Christmas gatherings. Including her dad's birthday party yesterday.
My nieces and nephew snuggled up with me or sat on my lap and watched Christmas movies, talked, and goofed off. I spent hours playing cards with my sister, brother-in-law and niece. I loved it, but on the drive back it just reminded me of what I am missing out on every day.
Praying you all have a safe and Happy New Years.

That sounds like fun and don't let the enemy steal your joy brother! Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
My holiday was good too. My aunt flew from California to visit so that was nice. And I got a chance to hang out with my brothers girlfriend and get to know her better.
