I got a book called "Frevent" by Priscilla Shirer, yesterday at the library. The author is the woman who played the wife in the movie WarRoom. I texted Sharon & Marissa & asked if they would like to do a virtual book study on this book. Sharon said she actually started reading the book last night (ok God, I def hear You) & Marissas going to look into it.
Sharon suggested we see if any of you other ladies would like to join.

I have some people who arnt interested in joining this forum, but who are interested in doing the virtual book study. So I'm going to add everyone into a group text & there we will discuss a good day/time to discuss, how many chapters for how long, weather we will do FaceTime, etc..

Thanks for sharing the idea Mary! I am a bit slammed right now with school and am struggling to even have time in the word so I think I'll have to pass for now, but thank you for the invite :-)

So Marissa, Sharon & I all was able to talk last night. It was really cool to put voices on these names who I've gotten to know the past year or so! We also met another woman who just recently started standing.
So far we have 8 of us ladies in the group- including my sister!! So glad she's decided to join! She's a baby Christian & has been having marriage issues for a while but hasn't had any support.
Anyway- I hope the rest of you ladies can join even if you can't read the book right now. Adrienne, it would be such a blessing to have you there because I've known you the longest. You joined shortly after I did- almost 2 years ago.
Eric- maybe you an do the same thing I've done and use either fb messenger or google hangouts & have a video or voice chat book study for the men in this group! It's such a great way to keep echcother accountable, support each other more, & grow together through a great book! Also we can pray together this way.
I hope each of you are able to get involved & grow more in relationships!! 😊
