Tonight's sermon was about Satan working over time when he feels he is running out of time. Satan being in the spirit realm, can sense things that we can't as we are spirit filled beings, but we aren't a part of the Spirit realm. He can tell when God is about to move and bless us.
As my pastor said tonight, "Have you ever wondered at the number of demon possessed people in Judea, when Jesus was preaching and teaching? Have you ever wondered at the hard-headed-ness of the Disciples, to the point Jesus tells Peter at one point," Get thee behind me Satan! "? It was because he could tell salvation was about to be consummated. He knew he was running out of time.
