Hi all,
My name is Tyler, I am 27 years old and live in California. My wife and I have been married for two and a half years. Two months ago she came back from a track and field trip to Florida and told me she was done. She moved out and I haven't seen her in weeks. During counseling it came out that she was being unfaithful and is continuing to do so.
The reactions from my friends have been mixed. Some of them tell me it's time to move on and that I have every right to walk away. The others encourage me to fight and continue to pursue her (that group is much smaller). I believe strongly in the importance and power of the covenant I made with her, before God. This is so hard and I feel so broken.
I work a day job but when I'm not there I am hanging with high school students through the ministry of YoungLife. I have been involved in youth ministry for 10+ years and love working with students.
I am thankful to have found this group through an invite from someone of Instagram. I look forward to interacting with you all in the near future. I know some of us are in the hardest times of our lives and others are here to stand with us. I appreciate that, and you. Have a blessed day.

Welcome to the group Tyler! We are all here because god has laid on our hearts to stand for our marriages, our lost prodigals and ultimately God himself. You will find we are a very encouraging group. I'll be praying for you and your marriage. It's no accident you found us. GOD is great..believe in the plan he has for you and your marriage. Welcome, Tyler! I'm glad you found your way over here! :-) I know firsthand how hard it is to deal with infidelity in a marriage but our God is amazing and He can heal broken hearts and lives! We'll all be praying for you and your wife!
