Please pray for me. I'm under attack and I don't know why. I've been very emotional today. For some reason I went back and read the email D sent me saying he had filed for divorce. I looked at the OW Facebook and even though I didn't see anything new, I put 2 and 2 together which just confirms just how long D has been with her. I haven't learned anything new, but for some reason I'm just feeling really hopeless right now. ~Pat

I'll be praying for you!!! But remember the enemy wants you to give up, he will bring up those bad moments in your life but you have to be smart and trust that God is in control and He will get you through this !!!

I have those days too P. The only thing that helps me when I am hurting, because I'm revisiting an old wound, is to throw myself into God. Listen to my music at work in the bathroom to get a moment of listening to God's voice. Or just take a sick day and spend time at home in God's word. Force yourself! I know it is very hard. Remember though that those whispers are the enemy. He knows you are weak in that moment. And if he can get an inch, he can get a mile. Don't give him the inch.
Also remember, the enemy attacks hardest when he sees the night is about to end. You are not suffering in vain sister. God has a plan for all of this and the enemy is attacking so hard, because he's terrified of all the good that your marriage will be one day. He has huge plans for you and your husband. Don't give up on that man and don't give up on God's perfect plan. Like TK says, He IS doing work on the other side of the mountain.

Thank you all. I'm having a one on one bible study with a friend on Tuesday evenings, & she and I spent a long time discussing God and His plans for us tonight. And pondering why things happen the way they do. I'm feeling much more in tune with Jesus tonight - I thank you all for your prayers and wise words.  |
