My story

Well here goes something. I'm 48 and Chris and I have been married for 8 years as of last October. Chris is twelve years younger. We met in church. I thought for sure he was who God sent. I had stop looking for a husband years ago. I assumed I was to be single and work for God. We had CJ a year and half as we were married. I had no problems and he was and is very health. Which is good considering I was almost 42 when he arrived. Well, about a two years ago Chris started an affair with someone at work. We both agree we got were we where because of mistakes we both made. We started pastoral counseling. Chris stopped. He moved out the beginning of November. We don't really talk except about CJ. He states he is still going to a private counselor. He has lied so much to me and his family. I can hardly believe anything he says. I pray he is going. This counselor is supposedly Christian. I knee praying that the wool be pulled from his eyes. I feel empty and I have given Chris to God. I can't change him and its not my job. It's God's. I feel like I fell down in my duties. I'm burned out and empty. I have to keep it together for CJ it's what keeps me going.
