I just got home from my Wednesday night church service, and I sit down and get a Facebook notification that my wife has removed our Anniversary date... So, I assume the paperwork has gone through.
I know God is going to rebuild this, that today isn't the end. I have faith in that, but I would be lying if I said it doesn't hurt. If you get a paper cut, you know God is going to heal it, but it still stings.
I have been quiet on here lately, only posting when I feel God is calling me to say something, but know I am praying and thinking about all of you, and your prodigal spouses. God has a greater glory planned than we can even imagine.
Father, I come to you tonight, to thank you, to praise you for the people I get to worship with each and every week. Those in the pews, those in the pulpit, and those on the interweb. Lord, I lift them each and everyone up to you right here tonight. I lift them up in your spirit and in your name, that your glory can rain down on them and reign true in their life. God, I pray for blessings financially, blessings physically, blessings for those hurting and confused, blessings for those battling anger, or addictions, blessings for those hurting and lonely. Provide miraculous healings, provide ways out, provide a guiding light to show them where you would have them go. Lord above all and through all I pray that your will weigh heavy, that you convict hearts, minds, bodies, and souls to your grace and mercy. Father I speak protection, comfort, and strength to your children standing as you have called us. I speak of renewal, and rebuilding. Father all in your time, and by your will, grace, and mercy. Father I ask, speak, and proclaim all of this in your holy name knowing that it is already done, in your power, at your timing. Amen.
