Has anyone else watched this show on National Geographic? I'm so fascinated. It goes in depth on certain things or questions about God. It looks at all religions including Christianity. I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to Theology. I also, personally, think it's important to understand other cultures/religions so we could better understand people if we ever talk to them about our savior.

Thanks Marissa. I'll check it out. I know we have to be careful about a lot of stuff that is out there, but recently I've been so grateful for these shows like "the bible" series on Netflix. Chris and I have been watching it an episode at a time and discussing the stories and more details that were omitted and etc. I am just grateful to have these resources because it's difficult for me to know where to start when we're reading the bible together (on my own, I just pray and read devotionals and look up verses as I'm going but that doesn't really interest Chris the way I do it).

Mary, I already knew olsteen was a fake (my husband had a very strong opinion about him) but like I said previously that I like knowing about other religions because how can you fight against something you know nothing about? I've never looked at it as every religion is the same. But I do agree in a sense that those who may not know God or aren't spiritually strong should watch it.
