John 11:5-6 Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus. So when he heard that Lazarus was sick, he stayed where he was two more days
John 11:15 and for your sake I am glad I was not there, so that you may believe.
The Holy Spirit moved me with these verses...
No one can live for Jesus unless the Father draws him... He placed this verse on my heart a few weeks ago, & this is all that I've really been praying for Tony.
A few days ago He had the verses above come to life to me..
Maybe Tony isn't being drawn just yet for a reason
Maybe at least part of that reason is that God intends to grow me to be more like Jesus first..
Maybe in areas within me that I feel are conquered & mastered, they really arnt..
I'm so grateful when I think about how much He has grown me in the year Tony was gone.. I know He's still growing me, & always will but Im feeling that if Tony were to turn around & live for Christ right now, it wouldn't work between us... Doesn't sound right until I think about how God sees more than me, & knows I need to grow in certain areas up to a certain point before His plan for me & my marriage will be right..
Feeling thankful, for my sake, that Tony is still not turn around yet.. Im just trusting His perfect timing today! So thankful when He makes verses come to life & speak to us! Hope this gives insight to someone else as well!
