I really miss my wife...not just talking about the being home there with her, the kids, and all that go along with it. I miss my friend...
I trust and have faith in the fact the God is working on softening her, and doing his miracles in all of this storm. I still just miss my friend, I have to stop myself from texting her and give it to God at least what seems like hundreds of times a day. Sorry for the complaining post, just needed to get it out.
Love you brothers and sisters, we will get thru all of our storms with and by the Glory of God.

We all know what you mean brother. I have to believe God has each of us where we are for a purpose. To strengthen us for tomorrow, to grow our testimonies, or just to grow us. Know that you are in my prayers brother.
I just got out of the movie Risen. Moving and from a perspective you wouldn't expect.

Years ago my pastor told this story. He was watching his hamster in the cage struggling to get out and he kept looking up with sad eyes like why do you keep me trapped in here. From the hamsters perspective he was in the worst place, but around the corner from the pastors perspective he could see the car waiting to pounce and eat him up. It just reminds me that we struggle and we ask why and beg for our desires, but God has a reason for our suffering and we are where we are for his purposes. It may not be that he is saving us from something. I think for most of us it is that we have work to do within our cage and even if it's hard, God is allowing us the chance to do what he has called us to do in our trials. The point is that he sees the truth - our hearts and our spouses hearts and it is obvious to him that we have to be where we are so let's not fight him. Let's rejoice and serve and work where we are, because it is where God has put us for his good.

William, I know that feeling brother.. It's not a fun feeling at all.. But it sounds like the Lord is calling you to make Him your very best friend even more than what He already is ... I hate the pain, but love what it brings about if we allow.. I'm praying for you!
Risin was a awesome movie!!! Tony & I actually watched it together the weekend it first came out. The main character reminds me SO much of Tony.. Tony even said he thought so too Loved it!

I understand how you feel William. It's hard but I agree with Mary! I think God uses this time to draw us closer to him and seek him in those lonely times.
