We used to do this as a group when we were on the klove app. I want to ask you to fast with me, next Tuesday May 24. I plan to fast from sun rise, to sun set. This is something I am struggling with and figured some encouragement and accountability would help me. Feel free to join me. Maybe, we could make it a regular thing again.

I am planning to fast all food. Only allowing water and black coffee.

I've herd that coffee or cafiene of any kind is terrible for when ur fasting.

I will usually fast from everything during sun up till dark when I fast.

Last time I fasted for a day, I had bad caffeine withdrawal headaches. That's I was adding black coffee as an option. Somehow it feels more of a sacrifice than say a Mt. Dew or something. I may end up regretting it.

I am also fasting all food except water and coffee (lol maybe it's bad for fasting but me without coffee is so much worse)

Myself and my friend/prayer partner are both fasting today. David leaves for his vacation with the OW next week, so we are fasting today and praying for a breakthrough. I want the trip cancelled, though I'm sure it will still happen as its already paid for, so I'm praying they have a horrible time there together. So much so that the relationship ends. I will fast again tomorrow while all of you are fasting also.
